Meet Brooke Mermis, the Assistant Editor-in-Chief for The Green Pride newspaper. Brooke is in her junior year of high school, and it is her second year on staff. Brooke’s favorite stories to write are opinion articles and features. Brooke is involved in De Soto High School theater productions, Repertory Theater, Thespian Society, CATS Care, National Honors Society, Spanish National Honors Society, A&M Crew, and Book Club.
